Located near a train station and a 40-minute train ride to the theater, this hotel is convenient for travelers attending functions in the area. the staff is polite and helpful, providing courier services and printing facilities. the hotel features spacious rooms, a shop for local delicacies, a cafe with light meals, and a large breakfast buffet with a mix of Japanese and western options.
Guests report that the hotel's decor is a little dated, resembling an older style that may not appeal to all travelers.

The hotel's location was very convenient for my business trip, as it was close to the main train station and local restaurants. the in, room services were reasonably priced, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the room size was also quite generous, with a comfortable bed and well, stocked mini, bar.
The hotel room decor was quite outdated, and some areas were in need of a deep clean. I also found the check, in procedures to be slow and disorganized.

Spent an amazing Christmas holiday at a hotel in Takarazuka. The staff were super friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a lot of fresh and tasty options. The location was perfect, right across the street from the train station and a nearby supermarket. The room was very comfortable, with a large bed and plenty of space to move around. Plus, there was an amazing gift shop with local delicacies to bring back home.
The lack of WiFi in the hotel room, which made it a little difficult to stay connected with family back home. The room was a little dated, but it was still very clean and comfortable.
